By investing, you are increasing your self-worth. This is what he means as "non-needy", being able to independently love yourself regardless of outside stimuli. Seeing yourself as valuable is what attracts women. Just to try explain points 1 & 2, "investing" doesn't mean that money and status get you women.
Just the fact that it was written by 26yo guy without any psychological background says a lot about it. I simply don't see why this book is so glorified on this sub.
